THE OFFICE
The Office is where I support early-stage and established brands through the layered realities of building a business as a creative director, advisor, or operator. It’s a space for structure, for strategy, and for finding a way forward, whether that means refining your pricing model, evolving your brand identity, or making sure your supply chain still reflects your values.
After 12 years of running MINNA, I’ve been in most of these spaces on both creative and operational sides. I know what it means to hold vision while managing the very real constraints of production, margins, and growth. This work is about opening up possibilities, not just solving problems. In all cases, I bring clarity, structure, and depth, with just the right amount of weird.
Service Realms
Each service area is a different way in, or, a portal, of sorts. You might come in with a question about product development or a need for a new brand strategy, but often, the work overlaps. I approach these areas as interconnected, because they are: your creative process impacts your margins, your values shape your growth plan, and your operations reflect your design philosophy.
